RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Ryman-Art accepts returns. You must notify us of your intention to return your artwork within 14 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email nett@ryman-art.com and include the following information:
-Your name
-The title of the piece
-The date of purchase-The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt if applicable) -The reason for requesting a return-If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
Ryman-Art will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece. Please return it in the original packaging if possible.
Your refund (excluding your initial non-refundable deposit, if applicable) will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email nett@ryman-art.com with any questions or concerns. Thank you!
SHIPPING INFO
At Ryman-Art we want you to have as much control over the delivery process as possible. Please let us know how you would like us to ship your artwork. Costs vary according to the size, shape and speed at which you would like ot receive your artwork. We recommend that you always factor insurance in, but ultimately, the method of shipping is your choice.
If you live locally (Michigan area) we can arrange for your artwork to be picked up from an agreed location.
Please note that if you're purchasing this artwork from overseas, you may be subject to import charges.
